According to the current election law (Article 12 of the Presidential Election Law), it makes no sense for a candidate to withdraw from the election after the ballot papers have been prepared and the voting process abroad has started/end.
He only tells the citizens to vote for someone else, not for himself in the ongoing process. Therefore, the ballot papers will not change. In other words, we will still see Muharrem İnce’s name when we go to the polls. Therefore, each vote cast will be counted as if it were not drawn.

Therefore, we can consider it as if nothing has changed for the first round. If the candidate votes for him because of announcing this decision, these votes will be wasted. So the votes will be split. Therefore, it would be more logical not to vote for him after the official application is made to the election board.
