Whales Have Transferred Billions of Meme Coins! What’s going on?

The cryptocurrency market has been very active lately. In particular, the SHIB token, which is among the meme coins, has increased by 4.57% in the last 24 hours. This price increase was instrumental in mobilizing several whales. According to data provided by Etherscan, in the past hour several whales have transferred nearly six billion SHIB to Binance and Uniswap exchanges. However, a whale did the opposite and bought several billions of meme coins. Here are the details.

Great SHIB transfer from whales

A portion of that 6 billion SHIB stack was transferred to Uniswap in four transactions. Among these four transactions, the most striking ones were the transactions of 2,208,284,207 and 1,472,189,471 Shiba Inu.

Previously, approximately 320 million SHIB was sent to Binance 14 wallet. Many factors can be effective in the fact that deep pocketed crypto money holders, called whales, carry coins to exchanges. On the other hand, SHIB transfers to these major trading platforms are closely watched by investors and could be interpreted as signs of potential selling pressure.

However, another whale did the opposite and decided to add a few billion more SHIBs to the meme coin balance. In the past two hours, he has made four purchases of just under 4,000,000,000 Shiba Inu each. This deep-pocketed investor currently holds 15,996,999.997 SHIB.
