Samsung Electronics Turkey opened its largest experience and sales store dedicated to mobile products at Emaar Square Mall on Saturday, June 3rd. According to the company, the Samsung Experience Store, designed with a new understanding of merchandising and a first in the world, introduces many innovations to consumers in Turkey. We also saw these innovations for you on the spot.

In the Samsung experience store, there is an after-sales software solution (software instant) service, although technical service is not de facto. They can solve anything software immediately. There are special software consultants for this and they take care of each client closely.

For hardware problems, there is a technical service in the store. As soon as you enter the store, Galaxy Consultant greets the customer and solves if there is a software problem in the device, but if the problem is a hardware problem, the authorized service employee takes care of it.

The authorized service also provides service without an appointment and makes the phone ready in 1 hour. If device repair is not possible, the new device is delivered. In cases where repair is possible but will take time, a spare device is allocated to the customer.
