The long-awaited DJI Avata actually has a very important place for the company. Because we are looking at a completely different device from the current drone models. The pilot can use this aircraft thanks to the instant live image transmission, by wearing a helmet similar to virtual reality glasses on his head.
Moreover, they are so fast compared to the drone models we are used to, that even competitions are held. Of course, although we often see custom-made vehicles around here, DJI offers a package as a whole. Avata is one of them. It is a device that appeals to professionals with its speed, high resolution and frame rate, and artificial intelligence supported software.
The reason why we say that it is especially aimed at professionals here is the weight of the device. Under normal conditions, if a drone-like aircraft weighs less than 250 grams, we can fly it as an amateur without the need for a pilot’s certificate. Avata is approximately 410 grams. After getting permission as a location, it can be flown without a document.
