Ms. Ansos, you sell luxury. A night with you costs at least 370 euros. In your houses, Mr. Winter, you get the opposite: a bed in a dormitory for 20 euros. What do your guests have in common?
Winter: They book the accommodation because they are abroad and need a place that is safe and clean.

Ansos: In addition, our guests are often concerned about practicality. You have an appointment in Berlin and are looking for somewhere to sleep nearby. What they expect beyond that is certainly different and has changed over the years.

Ansos: Above all, it is the increasing demand for professional and personal service coupled with the desire for authenticity and a greater awareness of sustainability, health and wellness.

Winter: I can also confirm that. But you have to remember that guests pay more than they did ten years ago. He is aware of that.
