Wall Street & crypto world hold a conference in the Bahamas

It’s an unusual mix of experts gathering in the Bahamas this week. Hedge fund manager Anthony Scaramucci and crypto prodigy Sam Bankman-Fried invite you to a joint conference in the holiday and tax haven and have won over the who’s who of Wall Street and the crypto world: tech investor and Bitcoin fan Cathie Wood is there, as is Mike Novogratz, who wants to build a kind of Goldman Sachs for the crypto world with his Galaxy Digital. Plus the co-founders of blockchains like Solana and Avalanche, investors, lawyers and regulators.

Even ex-US President Bill Clinton and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair will make appearances. “It’s like the Davos of the new financial elite,” said a New York crypto executive who didn’t get an invitation to the exclusive event.
