Vodafone Türkiye announced its financial year results covering the period April 2023 – March 2024. The company’s 2023-24 fiscal year service revenues, which invested a total of 9.3 billion TL in the last fiscal year, increased organically compared to the previous year and reached 48.5 billion TL. The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Depreciation and Tax (EBITDA) was 17.5 billion TL.

Vodafone Turkey’s mobile subscriber number reached 25.3 million at the end of the 2023-24 fiscal year. The total number of mobile subscribers, including machine-to-machine communication (M2M), was 29.7 million. The number of postpaid subscribers increased by 1.4 million in the last year, reaching 19.8 million. Postpaid subscribers constitute 78.3 percent of the total subscriber base. The number of fixed broadband subscribers was approximately 1.4 million.

The number of monthly active customers using digital channels such as Vodafone Yandım and Online Self Service reached 16.9 million. The total monthly interaction of customers using Vodafone’s digital channels was 404 million. Total mobile data usage of Vodafone Turkey customers increased by 20.1 percent to 4,902 petabytes in the 2023-24 fiscal year compared to the previous year.

The number of visits to the Her Şey Yandım online shopping platform, offered through the Vodafone Yandım mobile application, reached 190 million. The total number of users using the products of the new generation mobile finance solution Vodafone Pay reached 5.5 million. The number of monthly unique users of personal digital assistant TOBi increased to 10 million and the number of monthly chats increased to 39 million.
