Vivo S16e, the entry-level model of the series, is powered by the Exynos 1080 processor produced by Samsung. The processor, which is also seen in the Vivo X60 model, has 1 x 2.8GHz ARM Cortex-A78, 3 x 2.6GHz ARM Cortex-A78 and 4 x 2.00GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores.
The Vivo S16 model is equipped with the Snapdragon 870 processor manufactured by Qualcomm. SM8250-AC Snapdragon 870 processor with model code is produced with 7nm technology. The processor includes 1 x 3.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A77, 3 x 2.42 GHz ARM Cortex-A77 and 4 x 1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores. On the graphics interface side, there is the Adreno 650 clocked at 670 MHz.
Vivo S16 Pro, the flagship model of the series, is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor. The processor has 1 x 3.1GHz Arm Cortex-A78, 3 x 3.0GHz Arm Cortex-A78 and 4 x 2.0GHz Arm Cortex-A55.

The Vivo S16e model has a 6.62-inch FullHD Plus resolution display. The company preferred an E4 AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate for the entry-level model. The display features of the Vivo S16e exceed expectations.

Vivo S16 series camera features
The Vivo S16e model, which has a triple camera array, has a 50 Megapixel main camera with OIS supported JN1 sensor, 2 Megapixel depth sensor and 2 Megapixel macro camera. The selfie camera has a 16 Megapixel lens.
On the other hand, Vivo S16 has 64 Megapixel main camera with IOS supported GW1 sensor, 8 Megapixel ultra wide angle camera and 2 Megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, a 50 Megapixel camera with JN1 sensor is included.
Vivo S16 Pro was introduced with 50 Megapixel main camera, 8 Megapixel ultra wide angle camera and 2 Megapixel macro camera. The selfie camera has a 50 Megapixel lens.

Vivo announced that all three models use a 4600 mAh battery with 66W fast charging technology. However, the Vivo S16 series will come out of the box with the Android 13 operating system.
