At the start of the 17th season of “Bauer sucht Frau”, eleven farmers and one farmer’s wife hope to find a woman for life.
At the barn festival with presenter Inka Bause (52), the big meeting traditionally started this time as well. While Schönling Björn (32) from the Westerwald was allowed to choose from most letters and had fun with five women, other farmers suffered a bitter defeat.

For the 33-year-old organic farmer and mechanical engineer Mathias, there were at least four women to sniff out – but one of them showed her disappointment quite blatantly: “I thought you were taller. But you’re little. ”Nevertheless, Ewelina was allowed to have a one-on-one conversation with Mathias, in which she then teased again:“ Then I saw you for the first time and thought: Oh, a dwarf. ”Not exactly a compliment.
Farmer Hubert (40) from Upper Bavaria was hit even harder. The piglet and beekeeper had two ladies with him for the barn festival chat and was happy to receive gifts. Melanie had brought him non-alcoholic sparkling wine and vegan chocolate and revealed: “I don’t eat any animal products except honey.” Hubert wanted to know right away: “Do you have a problem if, for example, I make myself an egg for breakfast and eat it? Is that bad for you then? “
Apparently yes, because Melanie emphasized: “I can’t see it that well, I have to say.” Now competitor Andrea straddled in between, who tried to step in the breach for her dream farmer: “But his eggs are lucky Chickens! “

Farmer Hubert’s facial features derailed. The explanation for the spontaneous exit could already be imagined: “This meat story was also decisive for me.”
