Twitter opens Professional Accounts to everyone: There are some conditions!- SDN

Social media giant Twitter gave the good news to its users with the sharing it made from its business account yesterday. He explained in the post that all users can now switch to a Professional Account and use its features. But the social media platform also offered certain conditions for this to happen.

Twitter first started testing the Professional Account feature in April last year. Then, in September, it started to accept applications, especially from businesses. So, how to switch to a Professional Account and what are the conditions? Let’s take a look at the details of the news together.

Twitter blocked the company with a bird in its logo!

Twitter justified its trademark lawsuit against a Singapore-based startup that has a flying bird in its logo.

Twitter offers some requirements for professional accounts

Thanks to the new feature, all Twitter users can now create a Professional Account. But users must meet the following conditions:

  • Users must not have violated the Twitter User Agreement more than once in the past.
  • Account name, bio text, and profile photo edits must be complete and genuine.
  • Account must be created with real identity. It must not be under someone else’s identity, brand or organization. Parody or fan accounts, animals or fictional characters are not eligible for a Professional Account.

To switch to a Professional Account, simply follow these steps:

On the home page> toolbar >Professionalr to Twitter >Accept and continue

Twitter users, especially accounts with any business account, are expected to use this new update. Because the appearance and reach on social media is considered in terms of brand awareness.

Access to the professional account by everyone is already in place on Twitter’s competitor, Instagram. The fact that social media accounts take features from each other intensifies the competition between them. New features provide a comfortable experience for users.
