TinyPod packs a strapless Apple Watch into a case that looks like a miniature iPod. You can control applications and operations with the click wheel on the front.

When you consider all the things you can do with the Apple Watch, you realize that it actually works like a smaller and limited version of the iPhone. You can make calls, send messages, listen to music, take notes and more with the device.
Combined with its iPod-inspired hardware design and the best pairs of AirPods, the TinyPod brings together a mix of iPhone and iPod. This small device fits easily in your pocket or can be clipped onto your clothing.
In one of the trailers for the TinyPod, the device is described as a “phone away from your phone.” This gives an idea of how the device is targeted. Like the Apple Watch itself, this device is designed as a secondary device that complements your phone.

There’s still a lot we don’t know about the TinyPod, especially how much it will cost and when we’ll be able to buy it (It is expected to be released in the USA in the summer). But what we’ve seen so far suggests that this idea is promising. TinyPod isn’t the first project to try to turn the Apple Watch into something different: a device called Cake serves a similar purpose and is currently in the prototype stage.
