Bitso, Mexico’s leading cryptocurrency exchange, in the statement announced the listing of the popular meme coin Dogecoin on its platform. According to the announcement made via the exchange’s official Twitter account, this means that users can now trade the meme token on the Bitso platform. The exchange has also repeatedly stated that it will only support tokens created on the Dogecoin blockchain.

“Dogecoin has arrived on Bitso! Doge was founded in 2013 and the name and image of the project was inspired by the “Shiba Inu” dog breed. Although DOGE was originally a meme coin, it has significant commercial interest today.”
