Frankfurt Millions of owners in Germany are still putting off their property tax returns. After the deadline has been extended, you only have to send the data to the tax office by the end of January 2023. What you should not forget: the information on uninhabited properties.
Many owners have the explanation for their house or condominium on their screens, but sometimes there are other areas. Whether it’s a piece of forest, paddocks that are leased to a horse farm, grandpa’s old meadow orchard or the weekend cottage – the tax office needs a data record for all areas.
