This is how a sales trainer earns millions

Berlin When Dirk Kreuter stands on stage and points his finger at the audience, his upper arm muscles tighten his tight jacket. Without lifting his finger, he says sentences like: “If you count the hours in your job, you have the wrong job”. Or: “You decide whether you stay in bed in the morning.” A DJ then plays epic techno in the background and small fire fountains go up around him.

Dirk Kreuter, who claims to be Germany’s most successful sales trainer, loves superlatives. He lives in Dubai on the 97th floor of the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa. He likes to vacation in the Caribbean, commutes between Germany and the Emirates, flies in private jets, has himself filmed in the back seat of a convertible, likes expensive real estate, watches and yachts.
