First, SpaceX announced on its social media account that it was ready for the second flight. However, the US Federal Aviation Administration stated that it was too early for this situation. He then conveyed that he had a series of tests, checks and tasks to complete.
SpaceX, on the other hand, fulfilled all the steps required by the FAA. More recently, the FAA emphasized in an emailed statement that the public safety portion of the review is now complete. However, the FAA does not yet issue the launch license. Because there is one last regulatory hurdle left to overcome.
The FAA said in a statement that its safety review focuses on issues affecting public health and property safety. In its statement, the institution said, “It consists of an evaluation of the applicant’s safety organization, system safety processes, flight safety analysis, and quantitative risk criteria for ejection, reentry, and vehicle destruction.” He included his words.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is currently evaluating the new flood system installed at the Boca Chica launch pad. This review started on October 19. Additionally, this assessment will be conducted under the Endangered Species Act and in consultation with the FAA. The review must be completed within 30 to 135 days.
