Dusseldorf The German labor market is booming, numerous vacancies are vacant, and there is still a shortage of skilled workers. Anyone currently looking for a new job has a good chance of finding an exciting position. Recently, the number of vacancies in Germany has increased again.
The job platform Indeed alone lists almost 900,000 new job offers on its website every month. For the Handelsblatt, the job search engine has identified the positions for which the most ads are currently being placed. The job title given in the respective job posting was decisive. Indeed then analyzed which of these jobs promised the highest annual salary.
For this purpose, the so-called median salaries were determined, with extremely high and extremely low salary information in a job group being excluded from the calculation.
The evaluation gives applicants orientation as to the areas in which the most job opportunities are currently opening up. According to this, most vacancies are for production employees, followed by sales representatives and salespeople.
