The Office of Science and Technology has requested that interested individuals and organizations submit their views until May 9, 2022 at 17.00 ET, stating that expressing an opinion is optional.

In its request for comment, OSTP added that the United States is committed to tackling the climate crisis and achieving zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 at the latest.
