The API-based e-garanti platform allows companies to centralize their warranty transactions by integrating CRM systems in e-commerce systems, marketplaces and physical sales points in a few seconds. Thus, consumers can manage the warranty processes of all their products on a single platform.
Founded by Kamil Kınacı, Sinan Peksoy and Faruk Yılmaz in November 2021, the initiative is currently managed by a team of 12 people. According to Kamil Kınacı, egaranti went live in 2022 and continues to expand its digital warranty processes with 65 brands, 18 partners and more than 100,000 users. As of August 2022, the company’s valuation is determined as 25 million lira.
The idea, inspired by Sinan Peksoy’s previous business experiences, began to be developed with the support of TÜBİTAK 1512 and completed a pre-seed investment round of 2.8 million ₺ from investors in August 2022, based on a 25 million ₺ valuation.
Egaranti, which is growing rapidly in Turkey, has started to create field business partners and aims to establish business partnerships with 30 e-invoice solution providers by the end of August. In the coming months, it plans to offer insurance solutions as well as warranty management to users in Turkey and Europe.
egaranti generates revenue by charging companies per warranty certificate transfer and aims to serve 1 million users by making agreements with 100 companies in 2023 and to include additional services such as insurance and spare parts in its revenue model.
