During the operation on the building of a bankrupt and sealed factory in Gebze district of Kocaeli, devices worth 9.75 million liras used for cryptocurrency mining were confiscated.
According to the news of Alişan Koyuncu from DHA, Kocaeli Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams took action on the notification that crypto currency mining was carried out in the building of a bankrupt factory in Tavşanlı Mahallesi of Gebze.
After breaking through the wall of the sealed factory, the gendarmerie teams seized 650 devices worth 9.75 million liras, which were used in the production of crypto money, with the transformer created by the illegal power line.
