But now it aims to be an important center not only for our country but also for the whole world. Established with an investment of 1.5 billion TL in this direction, Europe’s first cylindrical lithium-ion battery facility (which is also among the largest in the world) started production last year.

The new generation battery packs and cylindrical batteries produced here will be exported to be used in technological devices all over the world. Of course, at this point, let us state that ASPİLSAN is not alone in battery production in our country. But it was the first to sell batteries that citizens can buy.
Although ASPİLSAN INR18650A28 battery models started to be produced last summer, they were not directly sold. Because it is an industrial battery, it was said that it can be purchased primarily by engineers/companies who will make bulk purchases and who have a good command of battery and battery technology.
However, it was later announced that it would be sold through channels such as Birikim Pilleri and PİLSAN Elektronik. After that, it started to be sold online at the end of November. When we do market research, we see that although there is a price tag of 160-170 TL at first, after March, it halves and regressed to the level of 80-90 TL, and as of May it can be found up to 66 TL. As of June, it continues to be sold online with a label of 80 TL.
