According to the new system, you will be asked to give a confirmation saying “I will come to my appointment” one day before your appointment, that is, no later than 23.59 on the day before the appointment. If you do not give this confirmation, your appointment will be automatically canceled and offered to another person. For example, if you have an appointment on April 20, you will need to provide this confirmation by April 19 at 23.59.
Sanctions will be imposed on people who give approval but do not come to the appointment. In this case, it will not be possible to receive service from any doctor or health institution in the same branch. This new system is expected to provide a solution to the problem of not being able to make an appointment.
This system will be put into use gradually. A clear date has not been shared, but it is estimated that it will be fully operational in the coming months. We will see together how much benefit it will provide to citizens.
