Dakota Johnson will star in Madame Web!
Sony originally stated that he wanted to work on the character of Madame Web in 2019. He even hired SJ Clarkson, who directed several episodes of Dexter and Jessica Jones, to develop the first female lead role in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe).
Madame Web was created by legendary comic book writers Denny O’Neil and John Romita. According to Marvel’s official posts, this character (Cassandra Webb) is a woman who has struggled with blindness and a neurological disorder called myasthenia gravis all her life thanks to her psychic powers.
Of course, it was quite surprising that Dakota Johnson will play Madame Web, which we have always seen in supporting roles until today. Because as far as is known, she was portrayed as an old woman in the comics. However, some Spider-Verse lovers also have explanations that sound logical.
According to one of the claims made by the readers, after the encounter of Madame Web and Juggernaut in an old comic, our character falls into a coma and then dies.
