The 2nd day of the International Strategic Communication Summit Stratcom Summit 23 has started!
At a time when international uncertainties, humanitarian and environmental crises are increasing, and regional instability is increasing, the International Strategic Communication Summit; It addresses many issues, from combating disinformation to new technologies and artificial intelligence, from building international resilience in the face of crises and opportunities to truth-oriented transparent and open communication.
In the first session held yesterday, President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Dr. Hakan FİDAN, Director of Communications of the Republic of Turkey Prof. Dr. Names such as Fahrettin ALTUN, Chief Advisor to the President Akif Çağatay KILIÇ and Minister of State for Communications and Political Affairs of the Libyan Government of National Accord Walid Ammar ELLAFI were present.

Today, the panel, which started with the opening message of UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk, continued with the topic of Public Communication in the Fight against Disinformation by Lebanese Minister of Information Ziad MAKARY. Later, many names will appear, from TRT Deputy General Manager Ziyad Varol to UNESCO Deputy Director General of Communication and Information Tawfik Jelassi.
The last speaker of the day will be ShiftDelete.Net founder Hakkı Alkan, who will take the stage between 18.25-18.55. He will address the participants in the panel titled The Unknown Journey That Technology Takes Us. Then, closing speeches will be made and the panel will end.
