Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacır shared an image recorded by the national observation satellite İMECE with a post he shared on his Twitter account. The militia observation satellite IMECE, which is still in the testing phase, was placed into orbit a short time ago. The images recorded by the satellite, which continues to successfully complete its tests in orbit, have not yet been reflected in the press. Industry and Technology Minister Kacır shared an image recorded by the national observation satellite over the Togg Technology Campus, with the following statements:

“Turkey’s first high-resolution domestic and national observation satellite IMECE has been successfully performing its mission from the moment it is placed in orbit.”

When the test phase of the national observation satellite is over, it will be delivered to the Air Force Command. İMECE sailing at an altitude of 680 kilometers; will take an active role in activities such as defense, natural disasters and localization. The satellite, which can display without restrictions in every region of the world, can record detailed images in high resolution. The positive results of the satellite, which is 60 percent domestic production, make people smile.
