Snapchat made the following statements on the subject:
“With this new integration, we’re making it easier than ever for viewers to post their favorite clips and videos to where they’re talking to friends on Snapchat. This is the first time YouTube links can be shared visually with Snapchat Stories and one-on-one stories, while also accessing the camera and the full suite of Snapchat Creative Tools for self-expression.

To add YouTube hashtags to Snapchat stories, simply follow these steps:
- Open the YouTube app and select a video.
