Since it does not require iron and mold work, it can make any design that resembles a cave or is modern, with free architecture. On the other hand, the cost will remain constant. Because the only thing that will determine the cost is the amount of mortar used.
When building a house with this method, only labor is required for the electricity, water and drain installations of the house, as well as for the placement of windows and roofs. However, the usage scenarios of this method are so many that it will become one of the most popular home building options in the next 5 to 10 years. The cost of building a 1+1 house in accordance with the Tiny House concept is 4 thousand dollars. Its duration is 24 hours or more, depending on its size.
Of course, due to the high dollar exchange rate, it currently amounts to 75 thousand TL. However, in the coming years, it may decrease to 1 in 5 and reach the level of 25 thousand TL. But as we mentioned, this represents the cost of one of the smallest options that can be made.
Of course, not just for individual use. For example, in the next 20 years, a migration from countries suffering from water shortages to Europe will begin. Or at present, hundreds of thousands of people in Africa cannot be provided with the right to shelter.
We don’t even need to go that far. Right on our border, there are tent camps in Syria where hundreds of thousands of people live. Turkey, on the other hand, is building thousands of briquette houses for a more permanent solution. But it can be much cheaper with a 3D printer.
If we make a rough calculation, an amount of between 40 and 50 million dollars will be sufficient for the construction of 10 thousand houses, where 50 thousand people can live. Of course, the construction period may be 1 month or 1 year depending on the number of machines.
In the scenario where we build a detached house for ourselves, the construction period of the house with the size of 3+1 150 square meters will be less than 1 week. Its cost will be 16 thousand dollars, that is, 300 thousand TL. Of course, this amount represents only the rough construction.
