DMR Unlu Mamuller, Producer of Simit Sarayı, Goes Public
DMR Unlu Mamuller (Simit Sarayı) will start trading on Borsa Istanbul! The company’s shares will be offered to investors on the Yıldız Market starting from September 29, 2023. In its statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Borsa Istanbul stated that the shares with a nominal value of 185,300,000 TL, representing the capital of DMR Unlu Mamuller Üretim Gıda Toptan Retail İhracat A.Ş., were listed within the framework of Article 8 of the Listing Directive.
The company’s publicly offered shares with a nominal value of 75,000,000 TL will begin to be traded on the Yıldız Market as of September 29, 2023. The starting price of the shares will be 10.24 TL/share and will be bought and sold with the continuous transaction method with the code “DMRGD .E”. In addition, the maximum order value for the relevant order is determined as 1,000,000 TL.
