Applications to the center where registration can be made from all over Turkey alttab.gungoren.bel.tr will be received at the address. On Saturday, October 1, 2022, at 15.00, the online admission exam will be held. 112 people who successfully pass the test consisting of 10 questions will be admitted to the center.

It will be complementary, not alternative.

The center, which stands out with its innovative aspects, will host only software developers, not entrepreneurs from all sectors, unlike many incubation centers. With this feature, the center will undertake a complementary task, not an alternative to the incubation centers that have come to a very good point in our country. At the center, where the entire process will be carried out online, the accepted participants will develop exemplary projects in technologies needed by the industry.

16 teams consisting of 7-person teams will develop these projects within 3 months with Agile Project Management methodology. The technologies to be used in the projects, which will be managed by experienced Team Leads from the industry, will be determined through consultations, taking into account the needs of the industry.

Each team will have an experience as if they are developing a project in a real Startup by dividing the work within themselves. Participants who graduate from here will have the competence to start work as an experienced staff in the software industry.

It will contribute $12 million annually.

The motto of the center will be “Build the 3rd millennium”. With this slogan, the Center will emphasize that the current millennium can be built not by following technology, but by producing. The center, which is expected to create a competitive environment for our country, is expected to contribute 12 million dollars directly and 55 million dollars indirectly to the national economy.

Emphasizing that Alt+Tab was established to raise strong individuals for the software industry, which is strategic for our country, Güngören Mayor Bünyamin Demir said, “We have a dynamic potential in Güngören, consisting of young people willing to create added value. In today’s world, the actors of the new generation economy will now be members of the software-technology sector.

We think that bringing these young people, whose main motivation is the common good of humanity, together and preparing them for the future is an economic value in itself. We expect our center, which we established to train strong individuals in the software industry, which is strategic for our country, to generate a value of approximately 12 million dollars every year.”

Stating that one of the most important reasons for determining the motto of preparation for the third millennium is to enable young people to think big and adopt a visionary approach by focusing on the big picture, Demir said, “In our incubation center, expert sector professionals and training coaches provide consultancy and mentoring services to our young people, while providing them with this ecosystem. They will gain professional depth in

In order for us to exist in the modern world as a nation, we need to have an effective, efficient and planned production. At the same time, we need to have trained human resources to organize and maintain these production processes. In this respect, while preparing our young people for production processes, we should encourage them to produce products with high added value.”
