Berlin The supervisory board of the Swabian software company has extended the contract of CEO Oliver Steil by three years until October 2024. Teamviewer announced this in a mandatory announcement on Sunday evening.

In addition, after more than four years, CFO Stefan Gaiser will leave the company by mutual agreement when his contract expires next year. The board of directors will also be expanded to include an additional member “with a clear focus on sales”.

At the beginning of October, the MDax company surprisingly lowered its expectations for the full year. After the announcement, the course plummeted. Since the beginning of the year, the decline has been more than 60 percent – one of the worst performances in the MDax stock index.
