According to statistics, the protocol said it has registered more than 7,000 nodes connected to 41 validators. This is an important protocol statistic. As the number of nodes in the system increases, a more decentralized and more secure system emerges.
Considered a very scalable protocol built for mass adoption, Sui Network also noted that it recorded a total of 36.5 million transactions during Testnet Wave 2. This figure is further rounded off with more than 118 packets posted on the protocol.
Sui Network was created by Mysten Labs, made up of Meta Alumni. Building on its capabilities, the protocol announced that a total of 1.34 million SUI tokens were staked on the network, where more than 7.35 million staking transactions were recorded.
Grounding for Mainnet Launch
It is considered as the next Aptos Protocol to watch out for in terms of high performance and scalability when it comes to Sui Network.
With a number of Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols boasting of being able to displace Ethereum in terms of smart contract capabilities, users seem pretty enthusiastic about the debut of Sui.
The protocol has been executed for protocol upgrades and significant integrations with common protocols such as Ankr.
Sui Network, which is thought to be powered by SUI tokens, hasn’t given a firm date for the mainnet launch but is checking the mark on the right ecosystem tools to aid the soft landing of smart system tools.
