Skull and Bones is free for a limited time

Skull and Bones was released in February after 11 years of development and received mixed feedback from players. Although Ubisoft stated that records were broken in player participation, it did not provide clear information about sales figures. With the start of the second season, the game will be available for free on all platforms for a short time.

To celebrate the second season of Skull and Bones, Ubisoft will offer the game for free on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and PC platforms between May 30 and June 6.

During this time, players will be able to experience the entire game and carry over their progress to the full version. Additionally, Ubisoft will offer the game at a 50 percent discount during this period.

The second season will start on May 28 and will be full of new content. Although Ubisoft did not give much information about the new season, they managed to create a little excitement with the story trailer and short descriptions they published.

In the short video it is said: “Sent by Compagnie Royale to conquer the Indian Ocean and eliminate pirates, the Hubac Twins will wreak havoc on the seas with their dangerous abilities.”

Receiving mixed reviews from critics, Skull and Bones offers a fascinating experience at some moments, but is mostly criticized for its mundane tasks and boring navigation process. Although in-game conflicts and moments of interaction with other players create short-term excitement, the game in general is found boring due to constantly repetitive tasks.

Skull and Bones’ free trial week is a good opportunity for those who want to try the game. While the game may offer fun and fascinating moments for some players, it struggles with repetitive tasks and monotony in the long run.
