One of the projects announced by Shiba Inu (SHIB) shibarium The Layer-2 project is one of the projects that received the most attention from the SHIB community.
As the Shiba Inu ecosystem continues to expand its roadmap for the future, projects like SHIB: Metaverse and the Shiba Inu game are already expected to be added to the broad web. However, Shibarium will be used in a number of other projects.
SHIB developer Shytoshi KusamaHe said that Shibarium was the “driving force” behind all of its actions. According to Kusama,
“…the best opportunity to bring decentralization to all real-life uses and digital industries.”
Shibarium will also help with real-life decentralization, according to Kusama’s tweet. However, not much has been revealed about what the real-life vehicles will be. Kusama continues to mock people who think otherwise, saying they’re the ones who bought the notorious Ponzi scheme Bitconnect at its all-time high prices.

Shiba Inu’s Project What is Shibarium?
Ryoshi, co-founder of SHIB, describes Shibarium as a blockchain/layer-2 option for the Shiba Inu. Shiba Inu (SHIB) tokens will be migrated to the Shibarium ecosystem after they are released. Although Ryoshi originally used the term “blockchain”, it is more likely to be a layer-2 (L’) built on top of an existing (Ethereum) blockchain. The Shiba Inu creator had this to say on the subject:
“The line between an L2 and its own blockchain is thin, so what really is the difference between Matic L2 and BSC?”
For those in the Shiba Inu ecosystem, lowering transaction prices will be one of the key goals. According to Ryoshi, the transaction fees for this ecosystem will be small even if they exist.
Kusama previously shared the following comment on this issue on Discord:
“Shibarium will offer low fees for every service, game, or anything it’s built on.”
The ecosystem, which, like previous SHIB projects, will use some form of SHIB burning mechanics to burn SHIB, can also act as a link between different ecosystems. Although there is no release date yet, Kusama has promised that the launch will happen “very soon.”
