Shytoshi Kusama, the lead developer of the Shiba Inu ecosystem, shared the good news with the community. Kusama said that beta testing of the P2E version of the Shiba Eternity game will start next quarter.
Shiba Inu leader gave date for Shiba Eternity!
Shytoshi Kusama caused a stir among SHIB owners following her recent comments about the upcoming launch date of the ecosystem’s collectible card game (CCG) โShiba Eternity.โ During a recent AMA session on the Shibarium Tech channel on Discord, server administrator DaVinci asked Kusama to reveal when the community could start testing the game.
Interestingly, Kusama deviated from her usual โsoonโ response to respond to questions about project release dates. Instead, he stated that, in his understanding, beta testing would begin next quarter. While members of the Shiba Inu community were waiting for the release of the game, the response on the Shibarium Tech channel created joy.

Kusama’s anticipated timeline coincides with a similar update shared by Shiba Inu ecosystem team member and game consultant Mazrael. Mazrael said in a post on March 12 that the developers were testing the game internally. He also announced that they fixed some bugs in the version developed by PlaySide Studios. Mazrael also emphasized that the team is one step closer to opening the game to beta testing.
Shiba Eternity is widely accepted

The team is working tirelessly to increase its widespread adoption. In this regard, the team launched a monthly tournament in which players share the $1,000 prize pool.
Last year, Shiba lead developer increased the prize pool from $50 to $1,000 to increase adoption. However, it remains unclear whether the Shiba Inu ecosystem team will continue competing in the upcoming play-to-play (P2E) version of the game. Meanwhile, developers are working to put the game on the Blockchain. Shiba Inu marketing expert Lucie has revealed that the P2E version of Shiba Eternity will be released this year. Additionally, Shiboshi stated that NFTs will function as unique in-game assets.
