The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has sued cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase.
SECJust 1 day after it filed a lawsuit against Binance and CEO Changpeng Zhoa (CZ) for violating US securities rules, it is now the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the US. Reason for operating as an unregistered broker to Coinbase with in New York federal court sued. Two lawsuits against the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges from the SEC in the last 24 hours created a bombshell effect in the market.
SEC filed case SOL, ADA, MAYIC, FIL, SAND, AXS, CHZ, FLOW, ICP, NEAR, VGX, DASH and NEXO has been classified as a security.
