Saudi Arabia shook hands with Baykar (with the permission of the Republic of Turkey) to establish the Bayraktar Akıncı fleet, to realize the largest defense industry export in the history of Turkey with a single item.

Bayraktar Akıncı TİHA export and cooperation agreement was signed between Baykar and the Ministry of Defense of Saudi Arabia. With Bayraktar Akıncılar, which will be purchased from Baykar, Saudi Arabia will establish TİHA fleets for the Air and Naval Forces of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At the same time, training, technical support and logistics services will also be received from Baykar within the scope of the agreement.

Although the details have not been disclosed yet, it is stated that with the comprehensive agreement, cooperation will be made on technology transfer and joint production in order to advance the high technology development capability of the two countries in the upcoming period. With this agreement, Bayraktar Akıncı was exported to his 6th country.

Bayraktar KIZILELMA, an unmanned warplane developed by Baykar with its own resources, successfully passed the High Altitude System Identification Test.

Making a statement on the subject, Baykar General Manager Haluk Bayraktar said:
