Samsung Hacked, Customer Data Stolen!

South Korea-based technology giant Samsung has suffered a major cyber attack in the past months. The giant company has now announced that it is the victim of another attack that affects users in the United States, with a new statement.

“Dear customer,

At Samsung, security is our top priority. We’re reaching out to tell you that Samsung recently discovered a cybersecurity crash that affected your information. In late July, an unauthorized third party obtained some information from Samsung’s US servers. We realized this on August 4th.

We have taken the necessary actions to make the affected systems safer and are collaborating with cybersecurity and law enforcement.”
