Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to increased alertness of the nuclear forces according to the British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace especially from trouble in the invasion of Ukraine turn. Wallace told Sky News that he didn’t want to speculate about what Putin would do next. Because Putin behaved irrationally when he decided to invade Ukraine.
