Russia wants to hunt multiple rocket launchers with Iranian combat drones

Berlin The Antonivka Bridge in Kherson, southern Ukraine, is the best example of Russia’s current problems in Ukraine. For days, the Russian army has been struggling to repair the most important supply route into the occupied territory.

The reason for this are Ukrainian hits with the multiple rocket launchers of Himar. On Monday, Ukraine hit the bridge for the second time. It is therefore impassable for military equipment. Instead, Russia must use ferries.

With the 16 Himars delivered by the USA so far, the Ukrainian army is presenting Russia with problems that have so far been almost impossible to solve – and has the reins of action back, at least temporarily.

The Kremlin has made the Himars its number one target and regularly claims to have destroyed one of the systems – reports that have not yet been verified as true. That could change soon, because Russia apparently wants to hunt down the US systems with Iranian combat drones in the future.
