Ripple (XRP) Peersyst Technology, whose partner is a Barcelona-based software development company, announced in a statement that Colombia’s first National Land Registry has been launched on the XRPL Blockchain.
Land Registries in the Country Will Be Registered on the Ripple Network
The system implemented for “AgenciaTierras”, Colombia’s National Land Registry Agency, is based on the XRP tag, which enables digital assets to be registered on XRPL and verified with a QR code.
The system aims to record more than 100,000 decisions in the short term to provide assurance to Colombians.
