Ripple Senior Manager Said “I’m Not Resigning”, Listed The Reasons!

Ripple’s (XRP) Chief technology officer David Schwartz gave the message in his latest tweet that he does not want to leave the company.

Ripple CTO: “I No Longer Have the Passion to Start a New Project”

Schwartz says he would “love” starting a new project from scratch. The manager stated that there are many new things he wants to work on. However, Schwartz admitted that he no longer had the necessary passion to start a big new project.

Ripple’s “trillion dollar man”, the architect behind XRP Ledger, said he didn’t want to work 50 hours a week for the next two years, adding, “I don’t feel ready for it anymore.”

Schwarz claimed such a busy work schedule while working on XRPL with Stefan Thomas, Arthur Britto, and Chris Larsen. However, he doesn’t think he can lead such a big project again.

Talking about his job at Ripple, Schwartz says he likes that the company gives him the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and create products that have yet to be decided.

On October 21, experienced cryptocurrency Expert Nik Bougalis announced that he is parting ways with Ripple. Bougalis had spent nearly a decade working on the XRP ledger. Describing his journey as “incredible”, Bougalis added that he is grateful to Schwartz, Britto and other teammates.

David Schwartz also said the following about the decision of Nik Bougalis, who left the company:

“I’m sure you’ve heard of Nik Bougalis leaving Ripple. It is always a bittersweet joy. I’m sorry I can’t work closely with Nik anymore. But personally, I am happy that he will move forward.”
