The court decided to prevent the plaintiffs Nilüfer İpek Gökdel and Doğan Yayınları from infringing on their moral rights stemming from the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works in the second edition of her book. In addition, due to the moral damages caused by the violation of the ‘Power of Indication of the Name’ in Article 15 of the same Law, the defendants by taking 15 thousand TL in totaldecided to pay the plaintiffs Seniha Aşkım Özbek and Atilla Ünsal together with interest.
