Veganz is the first vegan company from Germany to be listed on the stock exchange.

Dusseldorf The stock market debut of the company Veganz, which specializes in purely plant-based foods, was unsuccessful. In Frankfurt, the share started on Tuesday morning ten cents below its offer price of 87 euros and then fell to below 83 euros. The offer price was already in the lower range of the targeted price range of 85 to 110 euros per share.

The fans and customers of Veganz could follow the live stream on the homepage as founder and CEO Jan Bredack rang the symbolic bell of the stock exchange. “We are proud that we have carried out the first vegan IPO in Germany,” said Bredack.
