Google, Google Photos It is looking to add a new artificial intelligence-based feature to its application that could be useful. Code strings have been discovered indicating that a reminder feature has been added to the Google Photos application. Google added Calendar permission to a new version of the Google Photos app. The feature is being tested in version 6.61 of the app.

When you select a photo of a receipt from the Google Photos app, there are some options near the bottom of the screen with words like “Copy Text” or “Lens” in the boxes. A new box will add the “Set Reminder” option among these options.

Tap on it and a pop-up will appear asking you to give the invoice image a name, select the Calendar account you want the invoice to sync to, select the date and time you want the reminder to appear in Google Calendar. Then the link to the photo will be automatically added at the bottom of the pop-up window. You will be able to find it easily in the Google Photos application.
