Frankfurt The slide in prices on the German real estate market has recently accelerated. This is shown by data presented by the real estate portals Immoscout24 and Immowelt on Monday. Immoscout24 analyzed that asking prices for the purchase of residential real estate fell more sharply at the end of 2022 than in the third and second quarters.

However, according to Managing Director Gesa Crockford, the market is slowly turning again: “In the major cities, we are already seeing signs that demand from those interested in buying is increasing again.” , the fallen real estate prices are now attracting more interested parties.
