Mallorca has many facets – this applies to the landscape as well as to the hotel industry. There is no shortage of excellent addresses and stars, but as always, it is the exclusive qualities that make “first class” even “outstanding”. The IT Mallorca Hotels have established their own standard and created places where real luxury can be enjoyed in a stately and relaxed manner.
My favorite of this group and a real recommendation is Can Cera in Palma. A hidden gem in the very best location in the heart of the old town, close to the Cathedral and the Church of Sant Francesc. The 17th-century manor house, which has been converted into a five-star hotel, impresses with its unique atmosphere and unmistakable originality.
