According to data released in March 2023, PS Plus Premium had eight million players, accounting for 17 percent of total subscriptions. In addition, the Extra tier accounted for 13 percent of total subscriptions with 6.1 million subscribers. The remaining 33.3 million subscribers came from the Essential tier.
