President of the Presidency Digital Transformation Office Ali Taha Koç: “Everyone Will Be Re-educated With the Spread of Metaverse”
Speaking at the panel, President of the Presidency Digital Transformation Office Ali Taha Koç also touched on topics such as Metaverse and artificial intelligence.
Koç explained that the Metaverse world is still just a name as a concept and that it should not be tied to a single company in this field.
Explaining that the rules and regulations to be applied in Metaverse and similar areas are the most important problem in the current situation, the President of the Presidency Digital Transformation Office said that with the spread of the Metaverse concept, everyone in the world will need to be retrained.
In addition to this, Koç made some explanations about artificial intelligence and also touched on our country’s strategy in this area.
Stating that Turkey has put forward the artificial intelligence strategy for the years 2021-2025, Koç said that they are also looking for solutions for the ethical problems that artificial intelligence will create.
In addition, it was stated that there are some ethical problems in autonomous driving. Koç also stated that the problems regarding who will be blamed in case of an accident with autonomous vehicles should be resolved.

Çağlayan Çetin stated that artificial intelligence and Metaverse helped them and said that 50 million commercial transactions were made daily with artificial intelligence supported algorithms.
