Irritant gas attack in the tram!
The rescue control center was alerted at around 9.45 p.m. on Saturday evening. A woman (37) had sprayed irritant gas on line 109 in the direction of Steele. The train stopped immediately. Seven passengers were injured and suffered facial and respiratory irritation. They were all treated on the spot. A toddler had to be taken to hospital with his parents for further treatment.
The woman who sprayed the irritant gas was arrested by the police. She did not give any information about her motives. A preliminary investigation into multiple dangerous bodily harm was initiated against her.
