Eric Adams, who was elected mayor of New York by a wide margin in the presidential elections, made statements about Bitcoin on CNBC’s Squawk Box program.
Adams, who attracted attention with his crypto-friendly approach by saying that he will receive his first three salaries in Bitcoin after he is elected mayor, repeated this promise.
“I haven’t received my first Bitcoin salary yet. But I will receive my first three salaries in Bitcoin.”
