What users need to do to get the e-government “no debt” letter is quite simple. To do this, you must first login to the system. Then, you need to write “Debt status letter request entry” in the search section. The second step is to tick the option for a natural or legal person, whichever you will receive the document for.

Since you do not have an existing request on the screen that appears later, check the create new request option in the upper right corner. Here, you need to fill in the options of the institution to which the petition will be submitted, the reason for the request and the date it will be prepared. After completing these processes, all you have to do is wait.
